Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotions.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): [9–18 business days]
International: [10–21 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Jor Kari Metanoia is responsible for your order only until it has been handed off to the shipping carrier. Once shipped:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Jor Kari Metanoia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

Jor Kari Metanoia does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country. Jor Kari Metanoia is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
